Guests at this hotel have been very satisfied with the amenities offered, such as the bar, nature experiences, service, business facilities and property. There is room for improvement when it comes to the parking, however.
Robbie, who is in charge of the front desk, has been known to provide the best customer service. Many have noted that the room layout could be improved, and that the hotel should offer free breakfast, an indoor heated pool, and cheaper room rates.
The staff at the hotel have consistently been praised for their friendliness and accommodating attitude. On top of that, the food served is always delicious and of a high quality.
Overall, guests have had a very positive experience at this hotel and have been highly satisfied with the amenities, service and food provided. The room layout and parking could be improved, but the staff, food, and customer service have been excellent. With the addition of some extra features, such as free breakfast and cheaper room rates, this hotel could become even better.
