The hotel offers a variety of amenities to its guests, including a restaurant and bar, rooftop terrace, fitness room and parking. Many guests have been pleased with the bar and service, as well as the cleanliness of the property and breakfast. However, guests have complained about the parking, as they were unclear about the fee and were charged regardless of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Upon entering the room, guests were disappointed to find it quite small, with barely enough room to fit a large suitcase. The room was clean and comfortable, however, and the staff was good.
When checking in, guests were surprised to find that there was an extra fee for more than one person in the room, as well as no breakfast included in the fee. Furthermore, there was no internet or TV available for the two days booked and no compensation or apology was given. The HVAC cover was off the unit and leaning on the wall, but the climate control appeared to work. The soap provided was also very small, with only one piece per person per day.
The hotel was clean and updated-looking, with a bus stop right outside the door. It was also easy to access from the airport via bus. Upon arrival, the front desk staff offered to upgrade the reservation to two beds when they saw the guest's teen child. The hotel was also a short walk away from the convention center.
However, the windows could not open for fresh air, the bathroom had no fan and there was no change machine available for the laundry facilities. Furthermore, no one at the front desk or the hotel shops had enough change to use the laundry facilities, and there was no way to purchase laundry soap. Despite this, the staff was friendly and overall it was a pleasant experience.
