Guests of this trendy, upscale hotel are very pleased with its amenities, such as its bar, restaurant, cafe, pool and bar, rooftop pool and bar, fitness center, parking and nightlife. The room service selection is excellent, and the food is always delivered promptly. The hotel rooms are very well designed and aesthetically pleasing, and the staff are very friendly and attentive.
The hotel provides guests with luxuries such as a yoga mat and rain showers, though the latter didn’t seem to be working as expected. Housekeeping staff, in particular Laura, went above and beyond to ensure this issue was rectified. With regards to food, guests are offered a wide variety of meals and all meals eaten in the hotel have been reported to be delicious.
Unfortunately, guests have complained of the vulgar, loud music that they were exposed to during their stay. Although the attention to detail in the hotel was excellent, the music was not up to the standard that guests were expecting.
In addition, some guests have expressed their disappointment with the cost of parking. At $40 a night, some feel that this is too expensive.
