The contemporary property offers refined rooms and a polished eatery, meeting space, and a rooftop pool which have left guests highly satisfied with the amenities, such as the bar, food, couples, fitness, parking, and business. Guests have described the brunch at the eatery as having good food, service, and a clean environment. Furthermore, the decor is beautiful and the beds are comfortable, but the drinks at the bar are overpriced. Levies, Starbucks, Ohio pizza, and RINGSIDE was the best burger in the quirky place, and the view was amazing.
Despite the nice pillows, the overall quality of the hotel did not match what they were trying to portray. Guests had interactions with some great employees, but also some not so great ones. In particular, one manager tried to pretend he did not know how to process a gift card in an attempt to get the guest to pay for it outright. Additionally, there was a very unpleasant encounter with security and the guest plans to email the corporate office about it.
The room had a few minor issues. For example, there was a lightbulb burned out in the bathroom and the shower door would not stay closed while showering, so the guest had to wedge a washcloth under it from inside the shower. The renovation of the room was very cheap and the dropped ceiling tile in the bathroom was not very sanitary. There was no exhaust fan, only an exhaust vent, which further added to the concern of mold and mildew. Furthermore, guests were charged $15 per day for internet, which many found to be laughable.
