This modern hotel offers guests plenty of amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a fitness room, as well as a seasonal rooftop pool and laid-back dining. Many guests have had positive experiences with the hotel, citing the service, location, property, breakfast and cleanliness as being particularly impressive. The only area for improvement seems to be the parking, although this is something that could be addressed easily.
One customer had an issue when they ordered a king room, only to find that they had been given a queen-sized bed instead, yet they were still charged the same price. However, this customer was still happy with their stay, noting the comfy beds and pillows, the nice furniture and the well-appointed bathroom, as well as the fact that the hotel had a gym and business center. It is also conveniently located near Union Station and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.
Unfortunately, one customer had a much less pleasant experience. They were staying at the hotel while construction nearby caused a great deal of noise, including jack hammering at 1am. This was disruptive to their sleep and meant that they had a bad evening. It is certainly something that should be taken into consideration for anyone looking to stay at this hotel.
