Despite these issues, the hotel was still a great place to stay. A group of coworkers checked into the hotel for a leisure trip to climb Stone Mountain and to try a few restaurants in the area. They all had a wonderful time and enjoyed the valet staff who were very welcoming and pleasant.
All in all, the Relaxed Hotel offers a great experience. With its rooftop pool, coffee shop, and casual grill restaurant, it is sure to please. The staff provides great service and the property is kept clean. However, the hotel does have some issues that need to be addressed, such as the smell of cigarettes in the hallways and rooms, parking, and the intrusive room service.

Parking can be improved, but otherwise, guests have been highly satisfied with the amenities, services, and overall experience. One customer had an issue with their room being switched with another customer, but the issue was quickly resolved.
The spacious rooms have a kitchen set up and a comfortable bed, making them ideal for a long-term stay. Guests can also take advantage of the free breakfast, which includes eggs, waffles, sausage, and a selection of fresh fruit.
The only issue encountered by some guests has been locating the front entrance. However, once they have found it, they have been more than happy with their stay. All in all, this property provides an enjoyable, relaxing experience that is sure to leave guests satisfied.
