A recent guest at this hotel had a less than satisfactory experience. Upon check-in, money was taken but the guest was not given a room. The room itself was not up to standard, with a strong smell of cigarettes and musty odors and even urine. In addition to the unpleasant odors, the bathroom was not adequately cleaned and there was trash at the door. The guest was also surprised to learn that a $100 deposit was required. Furthermore, the breakfast was inadequate and the furniture and hallways were shabby. Lastly, the guest was disturbed by the loud noise coming from the hallway and the lack of proper heat control.
