Guests of this straightforward hotel are pleased with its many amenities, such as pets, pool, fitness center, hot tub, and complimentary breakfast. The rooms were a bit small for the price, however the desk check in was quick and the breakfast host was very welcoming. In addition, the staff and owners are friendly, making it a great experience.
The indoor pool area is a great feature and the hotel is pet friendly. However, the housekeeping staff was not up to par, with some being unprofessional, unfriendly, and unhelpful. On three occasions, the Spanish-speaking FD attendant from 7am-3pm refused to help. The first shift front desk lady was also very unhelpful and unfriendly.
Overall, the majority of the staff were great but the housekeeping staff detracted from the experience, making it less than average. Guests should be aware of the unhelpful and unfriendly staff and the fact that housekeeping staff do not keep the rooms clean and tidy. Because of this, some guests may opt to stay elsewhere.
