This contemporary property offers an American restaurant & pub, plus an indoor pool & a fitness center, and guests have been highly satisfied with its amenities. Its nice ambiance, comfortable beds, and clean rooms and showers, as well as the great service, rooms with lots of space, and affordable breakfast options all contribute to a positive customer experience. Food was delivered as requested and the staff were quick to contact guests to come and collect it.
When guests required back-to-back reservations, due to different rates, they were asked to move to different rooms during their stay, with no offer of assistance in the transition. Unfortunately, the ceiling paint in the original room was blistering and cracking, and the room would steam up quickly due to a lack of ventilation.
Despite these issues, the hotel has a great location and the staff are very helpful. When a customer had a small problem, they solved it quickly and made sure they were completely satisfied. There was an issue with the room type, but this was quickly rectified when the guest returned to the reception and requested a room with two queen beds.
