This guest had a generally unpleasant stay at the hotel. Upon checking in, they were not informed that their room would not be cleaned for their entire stay. When the guest noticed that some of the staff members were wearing masks, they were concerned about the safety protocols in place.
The first room they were given had a bad smell and there were water stains on the ceiling and the rug was stained and ripped. They were moved to a new room, but this one was also unsatisfactory. The bedding was stained with makeup and hair and the sheets were not clean. The guest had to change the sheets themselves.
Overall, the guest was dissatisfied with their stay and felt that the hotel's Covid policy was more for staff than guest safety. They did not have a positive experience with the amenities, service, property, cleanliness, or accessibility of the hotel.
Fortunately, other guests had a more positive experience at the hotel. They were satisfied with the amenities such as the fitness center, swimming pool, free parking, WiFi, and buffet breakfast. My kids particularly enjoyed the pool and my husband appreciated being able to work out every morning. The service was great, the room was quiet and clean, and the breakfast was fantastic. The price was decent, the staff was exceptional, and the rooms were clean.

The rooms are clean and the breakfast selection is good, if somewhat limited. Unfortunately, due to the lack of cell service, guests have had to rely on the room phone which has not been up to standard. Additionally, there have been complaints about the lack of additional amenities such as water, snacks, and upgraded coffee, as well as the limited number of pillows.
On the other hand, guests have been pleased with the comfort of the beds, although noise from other guests travelling down the hallway has been noted by some.
Overall, this casual hotel offers all the basic amenities that one would expect. The rooms come equipped with microwaves and mini-fridges and a continental breakfast is included. While not all amenities are up to the highest standards, the beds are comfortable and the room clean.
