The service provided by the hotel staff is highly praised by guests. The gentleman serving food and drinks is a great example of the excellent service provided at the hotel. The quality of the rooms, service, and breakfast are all rated highly by guests, making for an overall great experience. Guests also appreciate the hotel's close proximity to the VA Hospital and appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms.
The only problem guests had was when someone close to the room slammed the door, it could be heard from the room. Despite this, guests remain satisfied with the amenities and services offered at the hotel.
