This all-suite hotel offers many amenities such as an indoor pool, free breakfast, and an airport shuttle service that guests have been very satisfied with. The Wi-Fi, service, transit, property, cleanliness, and air conditioning are all top-notch. My husband and I stayed here for the night and we were very pleased with the beautiful rooms, great service, and reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel also has a small indoor pool and a workout room.
Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with our bill that was not handled very well. We were charged for another guest’s additional night stay, and when we went down to the lobby to check out, the receptionist waved us off without explaining anything. We were refunded the overcharge in the 3 business days, but we wish the staff had taken the time to explain why or how that happened. Communication is essential and it would have been much appreciated if the staff had taken the time to explain what had happened.
