Guests are highly satisfied with the amenities provided by the hotel, such as comfortable sleeping arrangements, a fitness center, convenient location, complimentary breakfast and a restaurant. However, some areas can be improved, such as the bathrooms. Despite the beds being small, the rooms are modern and the breakfast is highly praised.
The hotel provides its guests with a pleasant experience due to its clean rooms, friendly staff and fresh coffee in the morning. These features made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. The staff was friendly and willing to help with any needs. The rooms were clean, giving the guests peace of mind.
However, some guests were not entirely satisfied with their stay due to the beds sliding around on the surface they were placed on, causing them to bump shins on the bed frame. Additionally, some found the sheets and bedspread to be not clean.
