Amenities such as bar, couples service, business, property and cleanliness are highly praised by guests. They noted the comfortable beds, friendly staff, and delicious room service. The professional rooms were also well stocked with complimentary coffee and water.
However, guests were disappointed when they were charged for Club Lounge access, which was closed due to Covid-19. They were not informed of the closure upon check-in and were expecting one thing, but were met with another. Additionally, the bar was not open and guests were not informed of this either. As a result, guests have requested a refund for the difference in cost, but have yet to hear back from the hotel.
On a positive note, guests praised the friendly and kind front desk representative at check-in. All in all, guests have enjoyed their stay at the hotel, and appreciate the modern accommodations and amenities.
