This hotel offers a luxurious casino retreat with modern rooms and suites, plus a variety of dining options and an outdoor pool. Guests have been very satisfied with the amenities, such as the bar, food, pool, fitness centre, friendly service, and nightlife. Additionally, the hotel is certified as environmentally sustainable by an independent organization recognized by Google.
The staff at the hotel was very professional and friendly from the check-in process to getting to the room. Guests were happy to experience the hospitality of the old days pre pandemic. The hotel provides a shuttle to the beach and Old San Juan and is conveniently located in close proximity to many attractions. The housekeeping staff was excellent and always kept the hotel very clean. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and friendly, helping guests with all of their needs.
The only downside to this hotel is that the daily resort fee was not mentioned during check-in. Guests only became aware of the fee once they saw the bill at checkout. Additionally, the hotel could do a better job of communicating about property events. For example, guests were not aware that there was a free snow cone (with rum!) option at the pool daily.
