After around an hour of trying to resolve the issue, Jeff was able to talk the Avon GM through how to transfer them to another Marriott property. After 3 minutes of talking with Jeff, the issue was settled and they were transferred to the Indianapolis Marriott East.

Thanks to Jeff's excellent customer service, our guests were able to have the best stay possible. His professionalism, competence, and willingness to help are highly commendable.
