One guest reported mold or mildew in the bathtub and food under the bed. The service provided by the staff was great, with friendly people at the front desk. The kitchenette allowed the guest to feel like they were at home, cooking in the room.
Another guest, who travels a lot and has stayed in many different hotels in various states, was highly impressed with their first visit to Candlewood Suites. The room was beautifully decorated, with an extremely comfortable bed and an immaculate level of cleanliness. They plan to find these hotels in their future travels and highly recommend them to everyone.
The staff was friendly, but unfortunately the room was not as clean as expected. Hair was found on the towels and bobby pins on the floor.
