The Marriott hotel opened during the pandemic and while the amenities were limited due to staffing issues, guests were still impressed with the hotel and its location. The room was large, clean and offered a great view of the city. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating, quickly making changes to the room to fit the guests’ needs.
However, one issue came up with the windows in the room. While the room offered a great view, the windows were dirty and in need of cleaning, limiting the quality of the view. Additionally, the bar and cafe offered a 1 on a scale of 1 to 10 – terrible food and outrageously high prices. It would have been better to offer nothing to guests.
Overall, guests were pleased with the hotel and its location, but with the lack of amenities due to the pandemic and the disappointing bar/cafe, it could have been better. The staff was helpful and accommodating, and the room was large and clean, but the windows needed cleaning and the bar/cafe was subpar.
