My sons and I had a wonderful time at DragonCon, and when I explained my overcharge to the staff, they were more than happy to reverse the charge. We have stayed at The Ritz and Marriott in Buckhead before, and we have always been impressed with the level of service we have received. Room service was also executed well and the housekeeping staff always had a smile for us.
