Unfortunately, the hotel experience was disappointing as there was debris around the property due to construction. Additionally, the rooms were not up to par with holes in the walls and dirty mattresses. The breakfast was set up in the Salem conference room each morning, however, the kitchen downstairs in the lobby was not in good condition. The floor was filled with filth and food debris, and the blender was broken. Despite the staff trying to keep the hotel clean, it was still not up to standard. There was a family microwave in the hallway for guests to use. It was obvious that the hotel was understaffed, and the girl that made the coffee was very polite and kind. Overall, this hotel was not up to par and would not be recommended. It was unfortunate that the hotel was under construction, as the location was great with a mall and other attractions in the area. The price paid did not match the quality of the hotel as there were holes in the wall, dirty mattresses, broken screens, and a tiny TV in the room. This was not the ideal Mesut hotel for a family of four that was expected.
