Located in a relaxed all-suite hotel, Candlewood Suites offers casual studios and suites with kitchens. Guests enjoy the 24-hour gym, and are satisfied with the amenities and service. However, they have noted that the bathrooms and other amenities need improvement.
Upon check-in, guests found Candlewood Suites staff to be helpful and accommodating, and the rooms to be clean. The room was spacious, with a full-size refrigerator, kitchen, computer desk and TV. Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled like mildew, and had loose fixtures.
Despite this, guests found the rooms to be clean and fresh, and all issues were quickly addressed by the friendly and helpful staff. Customers were happy with the overall experience and felt that their needs were taken care of.
In conclusion, Candlewood Suites provides a relaxed and comfortable stay for visitors. Although some of the amenities may require improvement, the helpful and accommodating staff make sure that all guests’ needs are met.
