Despite the great amenities, guests have experienced some issues with their stay. In particular, the bathroom, nightlife, cleanliness, and accessibility are areas that need improvement.
One guest complained about only two face towels and two towels being available for four people. However, other guests have been pleased with their stay. They appreciate the hot water, great rooms, and staff that is pleasant. The area also appears to be well maintained and safe.
The hotel recently underwent renovations, and while the initial glance appeared to be good, the workmanship seemed to be shoddy. Pieces of ceramic tile were glued instead of mortared and were already falling away. The HVAC in the first room lacked adjustment and the entire cover was broken and pulled away. The second room had a wall thermostat, which was an upgrade.
The beds are noted to be very comfortable and the night clerk, Ebony, is described as wonderful. Unfortunately, the breakfast truck did not arrive both days, but the guests were still able to get a quick breakfast. Despite its location near the airport, the hotel is noted to be very quiet.
