This extended-stay hotel offers casual suites with free Wi-Fi and kitchen facilities, as well as laundry facilities. Guests have generally been very satisfied with the amenities on offer, such as pets, Wi-Fi, service and cleanliness. However, there have been some reports of issues with the kitchen and bathroom facilities that could do with some improvement.
One customer reported that, after paying a lot of money to stay here for almost a year, they experienced a lot of roaches in their room. Another customer had a much better experience, noting the great location, friendly staff, full kitchen and decent sized rooms. However, they did mention a bad smell in the rooms and finding cockroaches, bugs and hair on their bed.
A third customer had a positive experience, praising the staff for being fabulous, friendly, empathetic and very helpful. However, they did report that the bathroom faucet ran constantly and that there was an attempted break-in at 2:30am. Furthermore, the walls were dirty despite the dark color paint, and there were roaches everywhere.
