Upon arriving at the hotel, guests were pleasantly pleased with the amenities offered, such as the bar, food, fitness center, and hot tub. However, they noted that the parking and accessibility could be improved. The staff went above and beyond in their service, making guests feel right at home.
When guests checked into their rooms, they were mindful to look for any signs of bed bugs, and were relieved to find none. Guests also had the option to order soap via Uber, which they could leave with the front desk.
The hotel was also in a great location for the event that the guest was attending, but they noted that their room was on the first floor, had a direct door to the pool area, and no window to the outside. Additionally, the bathroom was not cleaned.
Overall, guests were pleased with their stay at the hotel, despite some of the drawbacks. The amenities, staff, and location were a major plus, and the hotel was perfect for an informal stay with a restaurant, indoor pool, and conference center.
