The hotel features a nice gym and eating space where breakfast is served. The rooms are small yet efficient, and although housekeeping is not available and no in-house food options, guests have been quite content with the service, cleaning, location, and staff.
The hotel has been praised for its beauty and for checking off all the boxes for a good stay. On arrival, guests are offered two bottles of water. Furthermore, after a certain hour, guests must use their key to enter the facility and can only use the elevator with a room key. Each room has a mini kitchen and is very quiet, even the traffic sounds are not bad. The neighborhood is safe, but this provides an extra level of protection for the guests.
The breakfast is good and the setup is great. Guests must show their vaccination card to enter the breakfast area or wear a mask. It is just a 1 mile walk to the Imperial theater, making it a great option for those attending a show. There is also a secure and affordable parking lot right across the street.
In conclusion, guests have been very pleased with their stay and would stay at this hotel again on their next trip to Manhattan. Most notably, they praised the friendly staff, great location, spacious room, and wonderful complementary breakfast. The only downside was that the breakfast quality was very low compared to the room quality.
