Unfortunately, the hotel experienced several fire alarm malfunctions on December 26th and 27th. The alarm went off at 7am, waking up guests and their babies. The manager was not sympathetic and the alarm had to be taken down.
In addition to the fire alarm issue, some guests found the breakfast area to be crowded, and the facilities cramped and limited. Taking breakfast back to their rooms was the best option. All in all, guests were pleased with the hotel, though they were disappointed by the fire alarm malfunction and the lack of space in the breakfast area.
