Guests are highly satisfied with the amenities available at this casual all-suite hotel, such as a gym, Wi-Fi, fitness center, and excellent service and cleanliness. However, there is no breakfast provided, but complimentary cookies, coffee, and candy are available throughout the day.
A guest came to this hotel to celebrate their husband’s birthday while in the area due to military circumstances. Unfortunately, they experienced rude and unprofessional behavior from the front desk person, Damian/Dante, who was texting on his phone while intermittently checking them in. The keys to the room did not work twice and when they returned to the desk, Damian/Dante was dismissive and not helpful. He even followed the guest's husband upstairs, making the guest feel uncomfortable.
The guest reached out to the hotel and was told that the district manager would call them, but this never happened. The electronic back door entrance also did not work, so the guest had to enter through the front door.
Overall, the guest had a bad experience due to the unprofessional attitude and lack of customer service from Damian/Dante. The hotel's amenities and other staff members may have been satisfactory, but the guest was left with a poor impression of the establishment.
