Unfortunately, one guest experienced a less than satisfactory stay. The room was dirty and a used wash cloth was still in the bathtub from the previous guest. The pullout couch was stained and the mattress inside was dirty. It is unfortunate that this guest did not feel that the room reflected the more expensive price tag.
