This airport hotel offers unfussy suites and provides guests with an array of amenities, such as a kitchen, transit, location, breakfast, restaurant, and cleanliness. Guests have been pleased with the service, staff, and amenities that the hotel has to offer. The complimentary breakfast includes eggs, sausage, biscuits, Texas shaped waffles, cereal, pastries, and drinks.
The location of the hotel is conveniently located near the DFW airport, and the helpful staff at the business center assist guests with any needs they may have. Unfortunately, the room the guests stayed in had a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the night. Additionally, the room was quite humid and there was rust on the outside of the refrigerator. The curtains were also found to be in a state of disrepair. The bed, kitchen, and bathroom were all clean, and the bed was comfortable, but the humidity and smell in the room was a major turn-off. All in all, the experience was tolerable for a one-night stay.
