Fortunately, Gavin was able to help with their many check-in needs and made sure rooms were available on the same floor. He was able to fix the payment method and get them a rollaway and extra chairs. The room was clean and roomy with plenty of kitchen dishware and a full size fridge. The beds were comfortable and had lots of pillows.
All in all, this hotel provides great amenities, a comfortable room, and helpful staff. Despite the rude front desk, Gavin was able to make sure guests had a great stay. Those looking for a suite hotel with complimentary parking and Wi-Fi should consider this hotel.
