This hotel offers an array of amenities, such as a pool, fitness center, and a heated indoor pool, that guests have been very satisfied with. The rooms are unfussy and come with a kitchen, making the hotel ideal for longer stays. Bed comfort, shower, internet access, kitchenette, and full-size fridge have all been praised by guests. The hotel staff, however, have been noted to be wanting when it comes to charging guests.
The hotel is conveniently located and its rooms are well appointed. However, the area that the hotel is located in looks seedy, and everything that guests may want is several blocks away. Additionally, the hotel itself looks worn in some spots, particularly its hallways.
The customer service has also been noted to be wanting, with guests being asked to pay a $50 early check-in fee if they wanted to check-in before 3pm. This policy has been noted to cause a backlog for those who were told the same thing, which led to them having to wait until 3:15pm for their chance to check-in. Such a policy is considered by many guests to be a terrible marketing and business practice, and has left a sour first impression.
