Overall, guests are satisfied with the amenities offered. The service is efficient, the location is convenient and the cleanliness is satisfactory. However, some areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, and accessibility could use some improvement.
Unfortunately, one guest encountered a particularly unpleasant experience. Upon arriving to the hotel at 3am, they were delayed for a half hour for check in. To make matters worse, their room was infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. Despite this, they were still required to pay the regular price for the room.
Despite this one negative experience, many other guests have found the hotel staff to be friendly and professional. All in all, the staff and guests of this hotel are typically of a classy demeanor.
