This hotel offers simple studios with kitchenettes, free parking and Wi-Fi for extended stays. Guests have been satisfied with the amenities provided, such as pets, safety, kitchen, parking and business services. Unfortunately, the hotel does not allow pets or service dogs and the rooms are small and pricey.
The location of the hotel is excellent, with great service and clean rooms. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, although the pillows are quite soft and there are no utensils or toiletries provided. The front desk staff is particularly polite and helpful, with reasonable rates even during holiday times. One drawback is that there are no hangers, not even the ones attached to the closet pole and no room service. One other issue is that a female guest has been waking up other guests at 5:30am, talking, which the hotel has not addressed despite being notified. Also, there is no bathtub stopper, so water constantly leaks out of the tub.
All in all, this hotel provides a great location and services for extended stays, as well as a helpful and polite front desk staff. The only drawbacks are the small and pricey rooms, lack of hangers, room service and bathtub stopper, as well as the issue with the female guest.
