Unfortunately, one guest, Tom Hughes, had a negative experience. At one o'clock in the morning, the fire alarm went off, followed by the lights in the room flashing throughout the night. It was not until three o'clock in the morning that Tom Hughes was able to get back to sleep, only to have the fire alarm go off again at seven thirty in the morning. Tom Hughes is hoping to get his money back due to this unfortunate experience.
