My husband and I spent the night and the following morning washing our linens, and found the rooms to be beautiful, the service to be great, and the staff to be friendly and accommodating. There is a small indoor pool and a workout room for guests to enjoy.
Unfortunately, during our stay we were charged for another guest’s additional night stay. When we went down to the lobby to check out, the receptionist was dismissive and did not explain why or how that happened. However, the overcharge was refunded to our account within three business days.
Overall, this hotel offers a variety of amenities, great service, and friendly employees. Despite the overcharge issue, the hotel staff was quick to resolve the issue, and we had a pleasant stay.
