The Hotel offers comfortable, unfussy rooms with some featuring balconies. It is an informal hotel with a lobby bar and an outdoor pool. The Rooms are clean and service is excellent, however some aspects of the Hotel could be improved such as the Pets, Fitness, Service, Bathroom, Property and Cleanliness.
Recently, a customer experienced two roaches in their bathroom within an hour and a half of being in the room. The customer was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, but did note that the rooms were a bit dated. They were pleased with the price they paid for the Hotel, but felt that the place should have been nicer considering the cost.
The customer also noted that there were not enough working electrical outlets and only one trash can. Furthermore, the customer had a negative experience with the front desk agent, who was deemed as disrespectful and having no courtesy for customers. Lastly, the customer faced difficulties matching their reservation number.
