The chefs and staff of the hotel's catering partner, the renowned Christopher's Seafood and Steakhouse, excel at food and beverage selection, preparation, and presentation. Romano’s is family friendly, and serves both lunch and dinner. Chefs in the open kitchen prepare a wide range of authentic Italian dishes, including chicken, seafood or meat entrees as well as pastas and wood-fired pizzas. They have a children’s menu and offer a selection of wines.
